Insight can overcome life's challenges. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Addiction Counselor in the greater Kansas City area to help support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Much of my experience has been in community mental health, working with children, teens, and adults in managing their anxiety, depression, and other symptoms contributing to the increase in symptoms. I also provide couple and family counseling to create structure and understanding within the relationships to move forward in your established goals.
