My name is Dr. Belcher, and I am here to support you through virtual therapy. Currently, many people are facing an entirely new level of stress, and if you are thinking that now is the time, please know that I offer teletherapy sessions. I view counseling as a collaboration with you, the client leading the journey. It is my role to support you and serve as a sounding board to help you navigate through life. You, the client, are the expert, and it is my role to support and assist you in making changes in your life. I utilize TF-CBT, EMDR, Person Centered therapy to create a treatment plan.
I have several years of working with adolescents, children, and adults with diagnoses of ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and other severe mental illnesses. In addition to being licensed as an LPC, I hold national certification as a National Certified Counselor.

COVID-19 has taken everyone by storm. For those of us in the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities this moment can be even more isolating than ever before. The concerns that were impacting these communities prior to COVID-19 have only intensified. I want to maintain a space for folks to share how they feel, process these feelings, and make plans for themselves as it pertains to navigating through this world. Virtually, I will utilize person centered therapy as we build community with each other and take responsibility for things we can and make informed decisions as we move forward.
