I service individuals and families to improve their mental and emotional health utilizing daily coping skills, seeking empowerment within themselves. I work with children/teens ages 8 and up specifically diagnosed with ASD/ADHD providing parent coaching/parent support groups to improve behaviors and achievements in both home-school environments. I also work with men and women in processing childhood/parentification trauma, career burnout, and anxiety/depression management.
I offer all clients a person-centered therapeutic alliance, as I believe the client is the expert of their own life. My specialties are behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused- cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. In providing services for individuals, parent training sessions, and parent support groups.
