Welcome! First, I would like to thank you for prioritizing your mental health and wellness. I am a licensed professional counselor working with adolescents, adults, and families. I'm dedicated to working with individuals and families suffering from the effects of trauma depression, and anxiety. My approach is client-centered and integrative, and my goal is to create a safe place for my clients to feel validated. I specialize in caring for the whole person, not just the symptoms. After sessions you will feel a little lighter and more mindful.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 7+ years of experience and owner/founder of StrengthinMinds. I am certified with the National Board Certified Counselors. (NBCC). I have always been passionate about helping others. I use an eclectic approach which includes CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, & Trauma-Informed Care.
