Hello! May name is Cara Czarnecki and I am the Owner/ Clinical Director of Tabula Rasa Counseling. Are you looking for a therapeutic approach that is different than what you might be used to? At Tabula Rasa we believe in bottom up approaches that target the root of the problem. We are an EMDR, IFS informed practice that uses progressive approaches to healing.
We work with adults that have experienced prolonged exposure to childhood trauma, specifically when it relates to attachment issues. We specialize in Complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder and Dissociative disorders. These often carry symptoms that look like depression, anxiety, low self worth, relationship issues, anger issues, avoidance, ect.
