Hello, I'm currently accepting new clients! I work Monday - Saturday conducting sessions both in person and via telehealth. Holding space for others as they work through old habits, painful experiences/trauma, and/or overwhelming transitions is what forms the "why" behind what I do.
I love hearing people's stories. It's a privilege to hold space for and empower others as they work to rewrite stories that no longer serve them. My goal is to create a safe space for healing, exploration, and growth. I'm interested in working with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, stress, and self-esteem. I am currently supervised by Mandy Friedman LPCC-S.
