I have found that children and youth are often struggling to find their voice and identity in a world they have little control of. This can often present in a variety of ways including, negative behaviors at home or at school, depressed and anxious moods, difficulty communicating their needs, self-harming tendencies, and so much more.
I strive to encourage and empower children and youth in finding their voice and identity by offering a judgement free environment, meeting them where they are at, and exploring their strengths.
I work with ages 5-20, individually catering to each unique child and family's need. More information can be found at tabithamaylcsw.com.
