My name is Tabatha F. Kenney, and I am a compassionate therapist. I offer caring and compassionate therapy to teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, divorce, depression, grief, school related problems and trauma. I also work with women experiencing life transition issues. I utilize two approaches to therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused. My client focus is typically teens and adults, primarily women who are experiencing anxiety, divorce, depression, grief, school related problems and trauma. I also work with women experiencing life transition and women issues. I allow the client to work through and figure out the solutions to their problems while I facilitate the process.
I have been a school counselor and a mental health therapist for over 25 years. I have worked with various populations of clients. I enjoy helping clients achieve success and work through difficult situations in life. It is my ministry and my life's calling. I am a caring and compassionate therapist.
