I have been practicing for 23 years, so I use deeper types of therapy that help to bring about resolutions to problems, rather than band-aid approaches such as CBT and DBT. I am comfortable with clients with complex problems.

I have extensive EMDR and Parts work training to help you to heal from past wounds and build a healthy relationship with yourself.
