Do you wonder if childhood wounds are impacting you in the present? Are you experiencing chronic anxiety or low mood, relationship difficulties, or problems managing your emotions? I use Internal Family Systems to support clients in gaining awareness of their interior landscape and healing parts of themselves that carry earlier wounds and false beliefs. I also am trained in CBT, DBT and mindfulness informed and humanistic approaches.
I have worked successfully with people from diverse backgrounds and many walks of life. I strive to create an atmosphere of non judgment and respect while creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients.
