Life can be difficult and overwhelming and we may feel lost and confused of what to do to handle life stressors. I genuinely care about your wellbeing and will help you identify practical skills to aid in dealing with anxiety, depression, and an array of other concerns. Therapy is not a one-size fits all approach, but together, we will find the techniques and coping skills that works for you.
In our session, the client will be provided with nonjudgmental support and trust. Client will be strengthened through the implementation of a collaborative approach, agreement on goals, demonstration of empathy, and positive regard. I integrate evidence-based practices and various modalities; cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy.
I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients in order to build trust and the comfort needed to explore and resolve life’s challenges and struggles. I use a Person-Centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
