Hi there, I’m Sylvia. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Sonoma County and working with clients via telehealth throughout the state. I work with adults facing a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic Integrative approach to help my clients develop a sense of hope, determination, and resilience. I’ve found that my approach works well with adults who may be facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, life stress and transitions, family conflicts, and relationship issues.
