I have been a therapist for 15 years and specialize in healing from past trauma as well as ongoing stressors, concerns and anxieties. My goal is to support everyone in growing in their sphere of optimal functioning, at your pace. I use a holistic perspective of healing within the mind-body connection.

I enjoy hearing everyone's story, what brought them to this point in their life, how they've grown, what they've learned and how their resilience showed up. Sometimes we get stuck. I'm here to help you move forward in your growth journey. To feel and think better about yourself, your life and your world.

I utilize psychoeducation in the beginning of treatment and coach on the connection between experiences, our body's reactions and how these impact the brain, thoughts and feelings. Then, CBT is used to reframe unhelpful thoughts and narratives. I am also trained in DBT and Gottman method for couples therapy.
