Through her time in school and working with clients, she has leaned towards a postmodern perspective in therapy that focuses on the strength of her clients, the here and now, and the realistic steps that can be taken towards the goals and changes which have been collaboratively devised.
As a therapist, Syerra is a strong believer that all her clients are experts in their own lives and she is only there to help guide them through the difficult portions.
