Many people struggle with anxiety or depression and need support. Have you experienced traumatic events in your life that you're having a hard time coping with? It's hard to do it all on your own all the time. I work hard to build a safe and comfortable space for clients in order to learn coping skills that work for them and their lifestyle, re-process difficult memories, and work towards the life you really want.
I utilize various modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, MI and Narrative Therapy to help clients through traumatic events, memories or experiences. I also work with clients struggling with depression and anxiety. I have experience working with veterans, adults, adolescents, and preteens.
