My career in mental health began over a decade ago and my diverse experiences span from teaching mindfulness in homeless shelters to advising on mindful leadership within corporate and nonprofit sectors.
I specialize in supporting compassionate leaders of all kinds (in families and at work) who want to reduce stress and enhance their relationships, starting with their relationships to themselves. My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, acknowledging the unique challenges and joys that come with caring for others.
It's brave to face your emotions authentically in therapy. It's also worth it. I offer clients extended free consultation calls, sometimes up to half an hour, to ensure that we're a good fit.
