Navigating the stressors of daily life on top of trying to manage your mental health can become overwhelming.I dedicate myself to help clients overcome their struggles and work towards a happier life! I provide a person-centered therapeutic approach for young adults and adults (ages 18-35) who are looking to improve mental health and their general life satisfaction. My experience has been centered around anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depressive disorders, and behavioral disorders. By creating a safe and welcoming environment, I have helped clients overcome their past traumas so they feel free to work on building their future.
I adopt a multimodal approach when it comes to therapeutic services. My primary approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, strengths-based/person-centered therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I offer in-person or virtual counseling that meets clients where they are and adapt to the client.
My primary goal in providing counseling to individuals is to help people build a life they are proud of. I work to build a unique relationship with each client in order to be the encouragement you need. I believe in providing a safe environment for clients to process and reflect on their past, evaluate their present, and look forward to the future!
