Too often we are expected to travel through life's journey without acknowledging the incredible demands of self-exploration, healing, and discovery. I work with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing the challenges of relationships, unhealthy boundaries, crises, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I value developing a safe therapeutic relationship and utilize modalities such as accelerated resolution therapy (ART), motivational interviewing, CBT, reality testing, and person-centered therapy.
