I specialize in helping individuals (teens to elderly) heal from childhood trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, grief and loss, sexual betrayal, relationship issues and divorce recovery. I also work with couples on communication and conflict resolution, helping deepen emotional intimacy using an attachment-focused lens. I’m a Certified Partners of Trauma Therapist (CPTT), collaborating with CSAT therapists. I work to help people find a connected sense of self as they navigate life transitions such as having children, vocational changes, loss of a loved one, health problems, empty nesting, and retirement.
I’ve worked at Lakeside Milam Recovery Center and have been trained to support individuals and families affected by addiction. I am also a licensed educator in the state of Washington and have experience working with families creating family-focused solutions that meet the needs of the family.
I enjoy celebrating the beauty and strength of each individual and helping them discover meaning through all experiences. I work with clients to discover “what’s next” of creating a joyful and fulfilling life.
