Erica Paulin, LCSW

Erica is a LCSW from Indiana University. She has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings. She has also served as a behavioral health consultant for primary care clinics. She utilizes a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. She also has advanced training in Trauma Focused CBT and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Erica brings a warm and compassionate strengths based approach to her work and particularly enjoys helping adults and adolescents cope with challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment related to life changes.
