Welcome! I specialize in working with children and teenagers in Tampa, FL. Things like behavior problems, stress, anxiety, and difficulty with school can be signs that a child or teen is experiencing something tough. My job is to support children and teens by helping them manage their emotions and behavior in a healthy, authentic way. I help clients identify their feelings and express their needs so that they can move forward. Whether you are a parent trying to help your child, or a teen looking for a safe place to figure things out, therapy is a great place to start.
My main focus during our time is to provide a secure and encouraging atmosphere for those I work with. When working with children, I use play therapy, games and creative interventions to help them express themselves in their own unique way. I believe that collaborating with parents is essential, and aim to find new ways to provide support at home.
My job is to help provide clarity and confidence to those I work with. I believe in the resiliency and strength inherent in each family and hope our time together will help that grow.
