I work with children and adolescents (ages 7+), adults, and families. I specialize with treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Major life changes such as attending a new school, divorce/separation, work-life struggles, health issues, or social concerns/bullying can greatly affect wellbeing. Such stressors can then be compounded when faced with a wide range of traumatic events. We will work together to express and explore any current struggles and restore balance to your life and relationships. There is no need to navigate these life, family, and emotional challenges alone. I offer individual & family therapy for children/adolescents and adults. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. With kids, I use approaches related to play, sport, attachment, and family systems. With adults, I provide parenting and individual mental health support. Areas of specialty: stress, anxiety/depression, trauma, & suicide risk.
