My name is Sydney, and I am an Associate Licensed Counselor working under clinical supervision of Ashley Bindl-Berrios, LPC-S. I work with individuals experiencing an array of difficulties such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and have a passion for working with this community.
I care deeply for my clients and work to provide them with the therapy that suits their needs. I provide person-centered supportive therapy. I use emotional regulation techniques, CBT techniques, DBT techniques, and ERP therapy. I believe in being flexible as a therapist and experimenting to find the best therapy option for each individual client.
I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment for my clients by building strong therapeutic relationships.
