My approach to therapy relies heavily on the therapeutic relationship. It is my belief that safety and trust are the cornerstones of healthy relationships, including the relationship established in therapy. Through this relationship, my goal is to aid individuals in making the changes they desire, resulting in feeling more awake to life and connected with themselves and loved ones. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents.
I utilize a wide variety of treatment modalities including attachment theory, strengths based learning, cognitive behavioral strategies, family systems theory, relational therapy, and mindfulness techniques. My goal as a therapist is to provide the safety and nurturing that will allow my clients to find a greater sense of belonging, self-love, vibrance, and peace.
