Accepting New Clients - Immediate Availability! Now booking ADHD Assessments w/ openings beginning in September (please email for more info!). In my person-centered approach, I focus on you as a unique individual, aim to meet you where you are at, and adjust my approach as needed so that each client feels safe & heard in my presence. In therapy, I address issues such as: social dynamics (social anxiety, interpersonal communication, social skills), life transitions (grief, divorce, relocating), symptom management (reduced stress, decreased worry, improved mood), & academic challenges (IEPs/504 Plans, attention/distraction, behavior).
When I worked in community mental health I worked with adults then children and adolescents as part of a Wraparound Intensive Services program that provided crisis stabilization. My main specialties are: ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD in addition to several other issues. I provide advocacy, coaching, resources, and therapy services to my clients.
