I emphasize the connection between a healthy mind, a healthy body, and a healthy life. My primary focus is helping clients build a fulfilling life based on their personal values & goals. I work with adolescents, adults, parents, and families with a variety of challenges including self-harm & suicidal behaviors, grief, stress, ADHD, mood (depression disorder), anxiety, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. I also specialize in educational psychology and provide consulting. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic; as well as evidence based, meaning I use treatments that have been supported by research.
Treatment is customized to each client and their needs. My primary approach is cognitive behavior therapy & mindfulness-based approaches, and Solution-focused/brief therapy, and Strategic/Structural therapy. I provide a comprehensive program including individual, group, and family therapy. Making major changes in your life can feel overwhelming.
