The journey to motherhood can look different for all families and often when it’s not the traditional path we had hoped for we look at ourselves searching for fault. Those who thrive off of control and being in control of what will happen, how it will happen, and what their plan of action will look like often find this journey one of the hardest to overcome. It is not uncommon to describe a period of fog, fatigue, and sometimes even an inability to connect with what we feel during this period. Words that were once there feel inaccessible and the feeling of having to share with others becomes harder and harder.

My treatment focus is on the healing process from within through the use of various modalities such as Psychoanalysis, CBT, and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy.
