My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered.I am trained in EMDR therapy and IFS level 1.I believe in authentic human connections above everything else. As your therapist, you can count on me to be supportive and help you find your inner strength to achieve your goals and tackle any challenges you currently face.
I am currently offering in-the-office and telehealth appointments. Scheduling that first therapy appointment can be intimidating! I believe therapy should be a partnership between the therapist and client and we will work that way from our first meeting. It would be my honor to walk this journey with you.
