Hey there, I am a wife and mom of three. When I'm not in the office, you will find me playing beach volleyball, gardening, reading, or scrolling funny videos on TikTok. I take a holistic approach to counseling by considering the spiritual, physiological, and internal workings of your life. I love bringing the truths of the Bible and the wisdom of clinical counseling approaches, and pairing them together to help you in our sessions. We will work together to learn about what has led you to this place in your life and what we can do to improve the parts of your life that are negatively impacting you.
I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples. I take a trauma informed approach to addressing a variety of issues you might be facing. If you work in ministry, are a teacher, a business professional, or a parent of a special needs child, I am uniquely qualified to help you.
