My approach is client-centered and holistic, focusing on using various evidence-based practices (DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, MI) to discover what works for each individual. Also explored are co-occurring issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. I provide a safe, confidential environment to explore unique challenges for each individual.
