Internal Family System groups are designed to create a safe place to explore parts in a community with others who share similar desires for growth and healing. This experiential group will focus on "Fawning" parts that are activated in relationships. No prior experience with Internal Family Systems required. This Internal Family Systems experiential group will focus on concerns such as negative beliefs, emotional and psychological experiences, body image, and relationship issues.
