I love what I do and feel honored to work with clients. My approach to therapy is collaborative, but you are the expert of your life. If you are struggling, feel stuck, or want to create change, I invite you to come and explore a new way of relating to yourself. I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space where you can feel supported and understood. I aim to help you feel empowered, live freely and authentically, thrive in your relationships with yourself and others, and experience healing and change.
My therapeutic approach is to use research-based treatment modalities. Together, we will establish an effective course of treatment designed specifically to support you and your concerns. I have extensive training in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transition, grief, and loss. I am motivated to help you accomplish your goals.
