I believe that the root of therapy is about finding connection to the self, and through that, more deeply connecting to others and the world. As a therapist, I work to cultivate a space where you feel witnessed, deeply supported, and celebrated. My approach to working with clients is relational, strengths-based, exploratory, and collaborative. In our work together, we will explore what it means to be human and the suffering that comes with it, examine the narratives and beliefs you hold about yourself, delve into what brings meaning to your life, and reflect and process past wounds in an effort to move towards healing.
I cater my therapeutic approach based on each client and their needs. My hope is that through the therapeutic process you feel less alone in your struggles, gain more clarity and insight into the challenges you are working through, acquire new coping skills and ways of thinking, all the while holding yourself with compassion and care.
