I have been an LCSW for over 25 years, and have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, families and individuals. I am mainly focusing on adult individual work these days, and I enjoy watching clients heal and transform their lives. I tend to work with clients who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, Life transitions, and relationship issues. My style as a therapist is more therapist/coach. I like to be involved in what is going on with the client and meeting them where they are. I strive to look at the whole client, knowing that even though one part of their lives is going well, another might need attention.
I specialize in CBT, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, ADHD and Person Centered Therapy. I have an assortment of tools in my toolbox, and not one fits all. I like to explore with the client what approaches work for them personally.
When we are faced with struggle, we can easily forget that these experiences lead to our growth and self discovery. Hope can feel illusive; however, with the right support, it's not only accessible, but it becomes the light that leads the way. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to explore the edges that are showing up in their lives.
