I strongly believe in facilitating a positive environment to empower clients to add tools to their emotional toolbox. My approach utilizes person-centered therapy, focusing on clients’ personal strengths and honoring the dignity and worth of every client. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and use a holistic approach to therapy.
