Do you sometimes feel like you're able to rationalize things intellectually but still feel emotionally unstable? Do you feel depressed? Anxious? Hopeless? I offer solid practical guidance and dynamic tools to assist you in obtaining your personal goals and happiness. As an Ordained Minister of The School of the Healing Arts, I have an eclectic approach rooted in Psychodynamic, Experiential, Problem Solving and Short Term Models as well as CBT and Object Relations. All this, coupled with optional Hands on Healing approach is a powerful combination enabling me to work with patients on all levels of their being: Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, Spiritually.
With Individuals and Couples my approach is no blame, rather provide solutions to problems ranging from getting married to getting divorced, and everything in between. Insight-Oriented Therapy is one of my approaches which focuses on unconscious processes as they are manifested in a person's or couple's present behavior.
Yoga teaches us how to live in Grace: It is the outward expression of inward harmony. The science of yoga has shown that various poses can actually change brain patterns activating feelings of inner peace, joy and harmony. It can be highly effective in working with anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, eating disorders, OCD among others.
