I am a queer woman and cisgender ally who specializes in working with teens and adults who are a part of the LGBTQIA community and are navigating life with a history of trauma.
I utilize an eclectic, trauma-informed, therapeutic approach supported by a social justice and anti-oppression framework. I will assess each client individually and will tailor treatment collaboratively to best fit their needs. I have specialized trauma-oriented training and expertise in EMDR-informed approach, CBT, DBT, and feminist theory approach.
