I have been practicing for over 25 years, working with individuals and couples. I am a skilled and patient listener, with masters degrees in counseling psychology and clinical social work. I hold certifications in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and am a Life Purpose Coach. I believe in your healing and will partner with you through life's challenges.
