Taking the first step toward seeking support is a brave decision, and I’m glad you’re here. With 16 years of clinical case management and counseling experience, I specialize in helping individuals who are facing substance use, working to heal from trauma, PTSD or C-PTSD, as well as individuals struggling with attachment issues, depression, or anxiety. I’m also certified in trauma-informed yoga, breath-work, mindfulness practices, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, any of which we can explore incorporating into our work together if you choose. My goal is to work with you to create a path forward that honors your unique journey.
A cornerstone of my practice is helping individuals explore and deepen their mind-body connection using various somatic tools and techniques. Understanding how trauma and chronic stress impact your physiology is crucial to the healing process. By gaining these insights, you can develop skills to find greater stability and balance within yourself.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process; thus, my approach is clinical yet conversational. My background is rooted in a combination of modalities, including mindfulness, trauma-informed, somatic based, CBT, EMDR, and KAP. Together we will explore and determine what approaches feel right for you, starting where ever and however you are ready.
