I specialize in Perinatal Trauma (birthing trauma, miscarriage, infertility, NICU, pregnancy), Postpartum Disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD), Maternal Mental Health, Perimenopause & Menopause challenges. I have expertise in Sexual abuse/assault trauma & other traumatic events-utilizing Evidence Based Trauma Treatments to help the healing process.

My style is client-centered & strength based with a genuine heart to actively utilize various evidenced based practices to meet your goals. I have specialized training in EMDR, CBT, PMAD's, EFT & Parts/IFS. I integrate many proven theories & well researched approaches to bring what is needed into the therapy space to help you in your journey.
