College Student Survivor Support Group
This is an open support group for any college student over the age of 18 who has experienced sexual violence, including sexual assault or harassment. In this space, participants will share thoughts, feelings, and build community with those who have had similar experiences. This group is entirely virtual and available to any college student in Pennsylvania. Please reach out for more information, we want to ensure that cost does not deter any participants. Individuals participating in this group do not need to be receiving services at The Elemental Self Institute, LLC or any other therapy services

Trauma Processing Group Yoga
This is a 12 week, trauma processing group for individuals 18 years or old who have experienced any type of trauma and will use movement, social connection, compassionate psychoeducation, and artistic expression to promote healing and decrease trauma/PTSD symptoms. This group is virtual, available to any individuals in PA, and uses a "pay what you can/sliding scale" payment option. If you've experience sexual violence in PA you may be eligible for cost coverage. Individuals in this group do not need to be receiving services at The Elemental Self Institute, LLC or any other therapy services.
