I believe that throughout life’s most interesting journeys, whether painful, full of change, optimistic, or oppositional, it is often easier to have someone to walk with. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, major life adjustments, and grief, family and relationship issues. Some of the populations I have worked with include: Young adults, first-responders, premarital/couples, post-partum partners, and first generation students.
As a therapist who is trained in EMDR, I have worked with those with extensive, trauma related history. Within such settings, I have also worked with first responders, such as law enforcement personnel, firefighters, EMT, military personnel and nurses.I have also worked with adolescents, first generational conflict, pre-marital therapy and partner/couples.
