Life brings different obstacles whether we are a child struggling to manage our emotions/behaviors, a teen figuring out how to navigate new pressures and anxieties that naturally come with adolescence, or a young adult in or newly out of college facing "real world" responsibilities and challenges that come with those. If this sounds like you or a child of yours, I can help. I work with kiddos as young as 5 to adults in their 20's. I help individuals express, respond to, and cope with challenges in ways that empower and drive them toward a life they are excited to live. I also see couples in my practice.
While I work with a variety of populations with various clinical needs, young children, teenagers, and young adults are my specialty. I have a particular passion in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. My work is client-centered and strengths-based. I am accepting of my clients and their experiences, and will also help move them toward desired change.
