I enjoy working with people with varied needs, but specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma or PTSD, and grief and transitions. My clients are invariably intelligent, caring, insightful people who are wanting to make positive change in their lives. My specialities are Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and anxiety disorders (for example, specific phobias, BFRBs, etc). OCD is often under-diagnosed and can be mistaken for other issues. I assess and treat OCD with the gold-standard therapy for it, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), in which I am formally trained through the International OCD Foundation.
