I love working with adults, teens, and children who are searching for their place in this messy, beautiful world. I help my clients overcome their anxiety, trauma, and limitations so that they can live their best lives. I feel passionate about helping others recognize their inner strengths and create a meaningful, balanced life. I'm a big believer that there is power in verbalizing our thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc. within a safe environment, and my main goal is to provide that safe environment in which I can help clients develop an array of tools and coping strategies.

Therapists aren't "one-size-fits-all" and it's important that you find the right one for you.
