I am a LCSW-S from Texas, with 8+ years of experience working in the mental health field. I have experience working at state hospitals, inpatient/outpatient facilities & FQHC's collaborating with medical providers for medication management. I am naturally empathetic, curious, and enjoy helping others. Therapeutically, I draw on Solution-focused & Client Centered Therapy, tailored to each individual client and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship.Every individual is unique, and so are their life challenges.
During the counseling process, we will work together using a strengths and integrated perspective focusing on the whole person: mind, body and spirit. I view therapy as a sacred journey in which you and I will work collaboratively to identify what goals you want to achieve through the therapy process.
