Welcome to my practice! I am a Licensed Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience, specializing in recovery from anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I feel that change is possible once you have felt understood and have a way of making sense of problematic behaviors occurring in your life. I believe suffering is a normal response to abnormal situations and work with you to bring this to light so you can change coping responses that no longer work for you. I incorporate cultural humility, seeking to honor all aspects of identity that contribute to your life. I provide sessions in English or Spanish.
I use an integrative approach tailored to your specific concerns. I have extensive training in depth psychology and skills based approaches. When needed, I help you to get to the root cause of your difficulties and release lingering burdens. Together we understand unmet needs in your development and address them so you can feel happier and more at ease.
