My ideal client would be where you find yourself trying to hold it together, and you may not look for help until a situation has gotten worse and its almost a crisis. That situation will significantly affect your life, and you will hit a breaking point. This might be self-esteem, anxiety, depression, adjusting to life changes, codependency, grief, health issues, or just feeling stuck. You would find yourself in my office feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, confused but feeling like you had taken the first step to finding HOPE.
My hope is that you find through a collaborative approach together, healing, a new focus and personal growth. I have over 20 years of experience with crisis, trauma, various mental health issues, in psychiatric settings. I use a combination of treatment approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral, solution focused, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
