Greetings! Counseling is an exciting and personal journey! Each of us can find the answers we seek and desire! I have a wide breadth of experience in helping people live with and move past a disability or difficult life events. I believe that every individual has the ability to face and address their concerns in pursuit of a healthier, happier, and more peaceful way of life. I utilize an eclectic approach, but I have a strong focus on person-centered, cognitive-behavior, and existentialistic components and an emphasis on solution-focus approaches and strategies that help promote forgiveness, self-compassion, and resilience.
I specialize in living with a disability, grief and loss, employment and career transitions, anxiety/depression, personal and relationship issues, skill-building and positive coping (i.e., resilience, forgiveness, and self-compassion), personal empowerment, spirituality, personal values, and education and training about disability.
If you are someone who wants to heal, move past your hurt, and learn more about yourself, I encourage you to reach out and contact me! The great life you desire and seek is out there waiting for you! Won't you take the time to invest in yourself and your life and move toward the life you seek?
