The more we practice being Mindful, the more it becomes a way of life. Through yoga, breath work, noticing, creating, and visualizing, you will learn ways to: Enjoy each moment more. Have more fun doing what you love to do. Learn to hold your space. Notice, accept & calm uncomfortable emotions. Learn ways to calm yourself. Pay attention to the things you are grateful for.
